
Using simplified Tai Chi based on the four major recognized styles of Tai Chi, Tai Chi Easy® is straightforward and highly adaptable resulting in empowerment and self-management skills. As a practice of “meditation in motion,” the slow movements and mindset of Tai Chi can be used to manage stress levels by creating a sense of choice and a heightened awareness of our capacities to mobilize the motivation, cognitive resources, and courses of action in every movement.
This class is $6 for CAL members. Pre-registration is required. Call (706) 549-4850 to sign up for the class and to sign up for CAL (Center for Active Learning). CAL requires a $25 annual membership fee.
