The Community Tree Fair will provide attendees with the latest information and supplies related to proper tree management. This year's exhibits will include information on mulching, pruning, installation, water conservation and vertical mulching. Exhibitors will include the University of Georgia, ACC Cooperative Extension, the Georgia Forestry Commission, GA Power, New Urban Forestry and Back to the Garden. The fair will include a sale of locally-grown 3-gallon trees for $15 to $20 dollars. Also, door prizes will be distributed throughout the event.This year's event will offer the first ever recreational tree climb where participants can pay $15 for a guided tree climb in the mature trees of Bishop Park.
