Donovan Rypkema, nationally-known economic developer specializing in historic preservation for downtown and neighborhood revitalization, will deliver a lecture on “PlaceEconomics.” This event, free and open to the public, will be held in the UGA Chapel and is sponsored by the Historic Preservation Program in the College of Environment and Design.
