SEPTEMBER GET EXPOSED! IS PRESENTED BY THE RIPPLE EFFECT FILM PROJECT -

Athens is creating a “Ripple Effect” of water conservation with the Ripple Effect Film Project! Filmmakers of all ages and levels of experience are creating original short films about water conservation. The finalists’ films will make a splash at the EcoFocus Film Festival in the Spring of 2013. The winning film will be announced at the “Blue Carpet Premiere” and shown in select movie theaters.
