There are a few spots left to round-out pre-registered four-somes. $100 gets you a great day of golf at a wonderful golf course, lunch, snacks, beverages and a chance to win terrific door prizes and cash prizes for your golf skills. Everyone wins something! All of those benefits PLUS the chance to help families who have children with cancer. The tournament and the Clute Barrow Nelson Life Foundation are named for Don and Phyllis Nelson's son Clute, who died of cancer May 27, 1998.
The Clute Barrow Nelson Life Foundation is a tax deductible, 501(C)(3) charitable organization to help children with cancer and their families. During Clute's illness, many family members, friends, businesses, churches, and caring individuals donated funds to help with the expenses of Clute's treatments. After Clute died, his family made the decision to use the funds that remained to continue the good works that were so generously bestowed upon them. Donations are solicited through newsletters, annual fundraisers, and the website. CluteBarrowNelson.org
