The University of Georgia Health Service will host the Healthy Dawg Festival on April 18 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. This festival will feature games, activities, prizes, music and free concessions.
The 2012 festival is following a theme "A Healthy Balancing Act" and will offer circus type activities. The UHC staff will be available at the festival, the physical therapy department will offer free massages, the pharmacy will be handing out sunscreen and the staff from medical and dental services will answer questions.
Over 100 prizes have been donated by local businesses and will be given away during the event.
