The Athens Area Arts Council will hold "Material World II-Fashio Nation!," its 2011 Celebrate the Arts fundraiser. The hip and funky event, hosted by the Hotel Indigo, will begin at 7:30pm with a reception in Mercury Art Works, followed by a Wearable Art show on the runway in the lobby at 9:00pm. The evening will close out with dancing in the Rialto Room. In addition to general admission, there will be a limited number of VIP tickets, which will include seating at the fashion show.
