The Blue Moon signifies the second full moon in a calendar. They are a rare occasion, hence the phrase “once in a Blue Moon.” August 31st is the first Blue Moon since December 31, 2009. Join Garden staff for an evening trail walk and garden exploration ending in a great viewing location to observe the Blue Moon. Don’t forget your flashlight!
