Barrow Elementary students participating in the garden enrichment cluster will hold a plant sale with the help of the LEAD Athens group to support their garden fund. The sale will feature summer vegetables and spices the children are growing from seeds with the help of extension agent Amanda Tedrow and Farmers Market President Jay Payne. Proceeds from the sale will go to fund next year's garden projects and toward a trip to visit a real farm.
