The Athens-Clarke County Department of Leisure Services presents Popsicles and Playgrounds as part of a month-long celebration of July is National Park and Recreation Month
This free program invites families with children ages 2 to 12 to visit the newest playgrounds within ACC Leisure Services. Department staff will be onsite serving complimentary popsicles from 10:00am to 11:00am.
The large playground in front of Lay Park, located only blocks from downtown Athens with traditional play structures and plenty of open space, is the location for Popsicles and Playgrounds on Saturday, July 16.
