The Athens-Clarke County Department of Leisure Services presents Popsicles and Playgrounds as part of a month-long celebration of July is National Park and Recreation Month
This free program invites families with children ages 2 to 12 to visit the newest playgrounds within ACC Leisure Services. Department staff will be onsite serving complimentary popsicles from 10:00am to 11:00am.
Unleash your inner pirate at the only pirate ship themed playground in Athens. The whimisical playground at Rocksprings Park, off of Baxter Street, includes a galley, mast and a sea monste and is the location for Popsicles and Playgrounds on Saturday, July 23.
