The Rocksprings Community Center will revive its Halloween Carnival after a hiatus and the staff will rev it up a notch. Attendees will be able to purchase game and food tickets at the ticket booth and have a ghoulish time. The Haunted Pool House is also back. This program is for ages 6 to 12.
