* Basic Yoga - Postures and breathing techniques to relax the body and mind, reduce stress and relieve tired, achy muscles. Build a resilient, centered and aligned body and mind with a gentle, yet strength building Yoga practice. Individual needs and injuries are considered and addressed. * Open to all regardless of Yoga experience.
