Samaritan Yoga ~ Move into Stillness, Breathe into Balance

Build a resilient, centered, aligned body & mind with a gentle, yet strength building Yoga practice. 6 week sessions beginning March 1!

No matter what your age or physical condition you can experience the health benefits of Yoga. By learning simple Yoga postures and breathing techniques you can:

** Practicing yoga has been shown to raise the levels of serotonin and dopamine, depression-relieving neurotransmitters in the brain.

Individual needs and injuries are considered and addressed.
