Tai Chi Chih®

Tai Chi Chih(cha)® exists as a profound meditative practice, which circulates and balances the vital force energy, promoting dynamic wellness of body, mind and spirit. These simple movements are designed to encourage greater awareness and an increase in well-being. Tai Chi Chih® shares many of the same principles found in other tai chi practices and allows the student to experience these benefits more readily.

This class is FREE for CAL members. Pre-registration is required. Call (706) 549-4850 to sign up for the class and to sign up for CAL (Center for Active Learning). CAL requires a $25 annual membership fee.
