Tai Chi Easy

The Mind Body Institute will hold a Tai Chi Easy or Qi Gong class in the Athens Regional Park behind the hospital. Tai Chi Easy uses four methods for maintaining health or self-healing: gentle body movement, self-massage, breathing and relaxation/meditation. It also improves one's stress response and enhances energy. This Chinese practice can be adapted to special needs and can be used by people recovering from illness or injury.
