Come out to Rocksprings Community Center and Park in costume to trick or treat the Baxter Street Police Substation at the corner of Baxter Street and Collins Avenue, around the corner from Rocksprings Park, during treat or treat hours. Attendees wil visit each car trunk for treats and candy. Costumes or masks are required for children.
