Five and Ten's New Milledge Avenue Home On Track for July Opening
Finishing the floors, installing the fixtures and equipment are left to do, says architect Katrina Evans.
Construction on the former Hawthorne House began in February and will likely end in July with the opening of the new Five and Ten. The celebrated restaurant will now have some 112 seats, some on the front porch; a new main kitchen, a pastry kitchen and storage; and a new space that's just beautiful.
