Full Bloom offers Daddy and Baby Massage Class

Listen up, Daddies of Athens.

is offering a Daddy Baby Massage and Yoga Class.

No, the focus isn’t on Daddies. It’s on their babies.

Participants will learn massage techniques and gentle exercises to sooth babies, improve digestion and circulation and enhance sleep.

If you are a new Daddy and can’t remember what sleep is, it’s when you close your eyes for a moment and everything goes dark.

The class promises to be fun, relaxing, low stress and beneficial. It’s targeted at newborns to pre-crawlers and for flabby and fit Daddies alike..

The class is Saturday, June 9^th, from 10 to 11;15am. The cost is $20.  You can make a reservation on the website.
