Harbor Club on Lake Oconee Unveils New Cottage Series Model Home Plans

Greensboro, Ga. – Harbor Club on Lake Oconee has unveiled plans for three new Cottage Series Model Homes, brimming with Craftsman charm and tucked in the intimate Club Cottage neighborhood framed by the community’s clubhouse, 18th hole of the golf course and serene inland lakes.

The three Cottage Series Model Homes, named The Heron, The Osprey and The Vista, are presented by Patriot Builders, Harbor Club’s in-house home building company. The homes range in size from 2,300 - 3,500 sq. ft. and are being offered in the much sought-after price range of the mid $300’s to low $400’s.
