BURGLARY

Between 7:45 a.m. and 2:25 p.m. on September 24, a Laurel Springs residence was forcibly entered. Items taken from the location include a lockbox containing personal papers; two laptop computers; and an iPod. The total value of the items is $2,080.

An Athens man reported that on September 24 between 9 a.m. and 5:53 p.m., his Riverbottom Road residence was entered through a rear door. Several items were reported missing, including two flat screen televisions, gaming system, camera, and a men’s watch. The total value is $2,300.

An Athens man reported that between 9 a.m. on September 23 and 6:45 p.m. on September 24, seven storage units located at 2970 Lexington Rd were entered. It is not known what is missing from the units until owners are contacted.
