The new bakery in Five Points opened Wednesday at 7am. By 8am, all the croissants were gone.
Owner Thom Leonard says the bakery will close at 6:30pm. Unless, as on Wednesday, they sell out. Then, the bakery closed at 5:30.
What can you get, besides baguettes and croissants? There's Five Points sourdough, pain d'campagne, 100% whole wheat, sourdough rye, fruited bread (kalamata olive, walnut raisin, currant rye) and cookies.
And coffee. Nothing like coffee and croissant to make a morning.
