Learn to Write and Direct a Short Film or PSA

Participants will learn to create an effective PSA, Commercial, or short film. The workshop covers storytelling basics and strategies on applying those basics to the very short forms of commercials and public service announcements. We will explore some of the visual storytelling tools filmmakers have and find out how those tools work to move and audience through the story. From this workshop, attendees will be empowered to apply these techniques to their own work and peek behind the curtain of today’s visual marketing.
