Low-cost Vaccine Clinic for Pets Open to the Public!

In an effort to keep pets current on their much needed vaccines, Athens Area Humane Society hosts a monthly Pet Care Clinic. The Pet Care Clinic is open to the public on the first Saturday of each month from 1-4PM at Pet Supplies Plus in Athens. The August clinic will be this Saturday, August 1st at Pet Supplies Plus, located at 191 Alps Rd. in the Kroger shopping center. No appointment is necessary. The low-cost vaccine clinic now includes the following services, with prices listed beside each service:

-1-year rabies vaccine: $10

-3-year rabies vaccine: $10*

-FVRCP (feline Distemper plus): $10

-DA2PPV (Distemper/Parvo plus): $10

-Bodetella (kennel cough vaccine): $10

-Microchip & Registration: $25

-Deworming (Strongid for Hook & Round worms): $5

-Nail Trimming: $10

-Activyl Flea Treatment: $15 for one treatment

*Proof of prior vaccination is required. Please provide proof that lists the month and year that the prior vaccination was given for your animal to get a 3-year rabies shot at the clinic. A rabies tag is not valid proof.
