About the presenter: Megan Johnson is an experienced general business and corporate law attorney. She is co-founder of SparkMarket, an intrastate crowdfunding company equipping small businesses with tools to raise financing from the local community. Most recently, she has advocated for the modernization of state securities laws to expand private equity markets at the local level for the benefit of non-accredited investors and small businesses.
