Lunch & Learn: Georgia's "Angel Investment Credit"

This month’s Lunch & Learn topic is relevant to startups that want to help their investors take advantage of this credit and to investors looking to use it in a deal. The Qualifying Investor Tax Credit, or “Angel Investment Credit,” is designed to incentivize investors to fund early-stage businesses in Georgia. This year, the Georgia General Assembly extended the credit through 2017.
