Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure, Possession of Marijuana
The information in this story comes from the ACC Police Department. An arrest doesn't mean a conviction.

Around 5:15pm on August 19, Athens Clarke County Police officers responded to a complaint of indecent exposure in the area of Commerce Road and Martin Luther King, Jr., Parkway.
The complainant told police that he has been driving by with his son when he saw a man who was sitting under the bridge and masturbating while looking at an adult magazine.
When police arrived, they made contact with a man who matched the description of the suspect. After talking with John Joseph Blaha, he was arrested.
Police searched him during the arrest, and found two small ziplock bags containing a leafy substance. A field test of the substance was positive for marijuana.
Blaha, 43, of Oconee Street, was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure and Possession of Marijuana.
