An Athens man's medication was stolen from his car at the South Milledge Avenue Saturday, according to an report.

The man leaning into his vehicle stole nonspecified perscription medication from the center console. When the victim yelled at him he jumped back and got into his vehicle, preparing to leave. The victim attempted to stop him and grab the medication from him by leaning into the suspect's car. However, the suspect was trying to drive off anyways, so the victim let go for his own safety.

The victim later told police the suspect — described as black, 6-foot-2-inches and about 250 pounds with dreadlocks and a goatee — matched the description for a man called D-Low. No arrests were made. Investigation is ongoing.
