The information in this story comes from the ACC Police Department. An arrest doesn't mean a conviction.

An employee at ABC Package Store reported that an unknown man stole vodka using his pants leg Tuesday, according to an report.

The employee told police that a black man wearing a brown shirt and pants allegedly stole a bottle of liquor and then walked toward Hawthorne Avenue. The employee also told police that the man was being followed by a store representative. However, police were unable to locate the man by following the representative's tips.

When police checked the surveillance footage, they noticed that the man walked over to a shelf, picked up a bottle of Grey Goose, then walk to the end of the aisle and concealed it. When the man walked out of the store, he was no longer holding the bottle.

Employees told police that they believe the man is the same as another who shoplifted from the store the week before. No arrests were made.
