HABERSHAM COUNTY, GA — Authorities identified an Athens woman found Monday in an embankment near Victory Home Lane and Highway 441 as 59-year-old Deborah Collier, 11Alive reported.
According to the news outlet, Collier's car security system triggered a missing person alert Monday.
