Peeping Tom Reported at River Club Apartments

A peeping tom was reported at the River Club Apartments Wednesday morning, according to an report. 

A woman reported to police that she was asleep when she was started by tapping on the window at about 3:30 a.m. When she cracked the blinds to look outside she noticed a naked man masturbating and licking the window. The man was white, college age, thin and muscular with a shaved head and a goatee. 

The man began walking slowly away into the parking lot as the woman called the police. No suspects were found once police arrived. The investigation is ongoing.
