Jan. 30, 2015
ACCIDENT
The driver of a white SUV came off Epps Bridge Pkwy to merge with eastbound traffic on the Atlanta Hwy. The driver then attempted to change lanes. A Cumming woman, driving a 2006 Honda Accord, was also eastbound and had to make an evasive move to prevent this vehicle from striking her vehicle. This move caused her vehicle to strike a 1997 BMW Z3 driven by a Lawrenceville resident who was also eastbound. Impact forced the BMW vehicle into the retaining wall. The BMW’s driver was transported to Athens Regional Medical Center. No one could advise a description of the driver of the SUV who left the scene. This occurred around 8:35 a.m. on January 29. No citations were issued.
Around 9:40 a.m. on January 29, a Cleveland Road woman said she was attempting to park her 2000 Bentley Arnage beside a parked 2000 Saturn. She said she pressed the gas pedal instead of the brake and her vehicle struck the Saturn. Impact pushed the Saturn over the curb, through a metal rail fence, and over a ledge. It landed on its wheels. The other vehicle also went over the ledge and flipped over, landing on its roof on top of the Saturn. This occurred in the 2100 block of W Broad St. The owner of the Saturn was not listed in the report.

They chased them to Boulevard where they lost contact with them. Officers searched the area but did not locate the suspects. The owner responded but could not advise if anything was missing. No descriptions were given of the suspects.

A vehicle was damaged between 10 p.m. January 26 and 8 a.m. January 27 while it was parked at a Cross Creek Dr residence. The hood of the 2003 Honda Accord was scratched. The damage was estimated at $1,000.
ROBBERY

He said they beat him and took beer, candy, and peanuts valued at $10. The suspects were described as 20 to 25 years of age wearing hoodie sweatshirts with the hoods pulled up. One was red, one was blue, and the other was camouflage. EMS responded and transported the man to Athens Regional Medical Center for treatment.
