Puppet Show Week Comes to the Athens Clarke County Library!
There are times throughout the day, so your campers can enjoy the show.

It’s Annual Puppet Show Week again at the Athens-Clarke County Library! This year, Luli Gray’s children’s book “The Ant and the Grasshopper” will take on new life in a 3-D puppet extravaganza. Ant works very hard through all seasons of the year, gathering food and preparing for the long winter, while carefree Grasshopper sings and dances the days away. Will Grasshopper recognize his folly before winter comes? Will Ant help out his musical neighbor?
Find out by joining our Children’s Area staff in their rendition of this classic Aesop’s Fable during the week of June 17 through 21. The show is lively, full of music, and fun for all ages! Times will vary by day. All performances will be in the Appleton Auditorium, except Thursday performances, which will take place in the Multipurpose Room.
