Retirement Seminar Set at ACC Library on August 27

The seminar is part of the library's "lunch and learn" series.

The Athens-Clarke County Library will host β€œSocial Security Planning: How to Maximize Your Benefits,” at 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, in the library’s Multipurpose Room B on the first floor.

Part of the library’s β€œLunchtime Learning @ Your Library” series, this program will feature Chuck Vickery of Vickery Financial Services, Inc. Vickery will cover the basics of Social Security and reveal innovative strategies for maximizing your benefits. This workshop will answer the questions: Will Social Security be there for me? When should I apply? How can I maximize my benefits? Β
