Solid Waste Schedule During the Holidays in Athens, Ga.

Leaf and Limb workers will be in Zone 4 this week, according to Athens Clarke County Officials. This zone includes: Glen Oaks, Holly Hills, Kingswood, Wood Lake, Wickersham Plantation, Stonehenge, Deerfield, Holiday Estates, High Ridge, Woodhaven, Westwood Hills, and Huntington Park.

Next week, the offices will be close on Monday and Tuesday. Leaf and limb collection will be suspended the remainder of that week.

The following week, collection will resume on Monday in Zone 5, but the office will be closed on Tuesday, January 1. Collection will resume for the remainder of the week.

Zone 5 includes Chadd’s Walk, Quailwood, Rosewood, Rivercliff Estates, Tallasee Oaks, Sedgefield, Hodgson Place, Jefferson Valley, Saxon Woods, Oconee Heights, Camelot, Cardinal Creek, and Westgate.
