UGA Freshman Dies In Alabama Rock Climbing Accident: Report

ATHENS, GA — A University of Georgia freshman student recently fell while rock climbing in Leesburg, Alabama, and died, Atlanta News First reported Thursday.
The death of Yutung "Faye" Zhang was announced by the Athens-based Active Climbing group, of which Zhang was a member.
"Our thoughts are with Faye's family, friends and the University of Georgia community at this difficult time. We join them in mourning this profound loss and honoring the vibrancy, passion and kindness that she brought into our lives. Faye, your spirit will forever be a part of our community. Rest in peace," Active Climbing wrote on Facebook Monday.
