Sunday, Aug. 10

Burglary
An East Broad Street residence was burglarized sometime during the month of July 2014. A T-shirt was taken.

A woman reported her late father’s home on Helican Springs was burglarized on 8/9/14. She said an A/C unit and Kubota Riding Mower were taken, total value $6,100.

An East Carver Drive residence was burglarized between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on 8/9/14. An X Box, smart phone and video game were taken, total value $275. A suspect was named.

Saturday, Aug. 9

Burglary
A burglary was reported at 739 W Broad St, Fire House Package. The event took place between 11 p.m. on 8/7/14 and 8:40 a.m. on 8/8/14. Entry was made through a window on the business and a V Tech communication device was reported as stolen.

A Cherokee Forest Drive residence was burglarized between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. on 8/8/14. The resident reported that 4 TVs, Apple I Pad and a laptop computer were taken. Entry was made by forcing open a back door. The total value of stolen items is $5,380.
