$10k Broker Open at Governors Towne Club
MacBuilt Homes & Raines Residential host exclusive open house event offering agents a chance at $10,000

MacBuilt Homes and Raines Residential are hosting an exclusive Broker Open at the prestigious Governors Towne Club golf community in Acworth on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. This is a rare opportunity for agents to tour six available luxury homes and experience the unique lifestyle offered in this master-planned community, with a chance to win $10,000 for attending.

Agents can begin the self-guided tour at one of two homes: 507 Carl Sanders Drive in Acworth from MacBuilt Homes or 76 Telfair Court in Acworth from Raines Residential. In addition to these initial homes, attendees can tour four other move-in-ready homes—two from each builder—that demonstrate the diverse architectural styles and layouts offered at Governors Towne Club. Available homes are priced at over $1 million.
Snacks, light refreshments and delectable desserts are available throughout the event. Company and community representatives will be on hand to provide additional information to attendees about the homes, HOA, amenities and club membership.
Agents must complete the registration form available via QR code at each home to be entered to win $10,000! As an added bonus, agents who bring a buyer to the event will receive a second entry into the drawing. Agents that attend the open house and then get a buyer under contract afterward will receive a $5,000 bonus.
Governors Towne Club is an exclusive, gated country club community with extensive amenities, including a community clubhouse, aquatics and tennis center, day spa, restaurants, social events, fitness center, baseball field, green spaces, and of course, the golf course and clubhouse. Amenities will be open for touring during the event.
