2 Suspects Fleeing US Marshals Crash, Die In Atlanta

When US Marshals attempted to serve a felony warrant for homicide, robbery and more, the two suspects ran away and died in a crash.

ATLANTA, GA — Two suspects crashed and died Friday attempting to get away from police who were trying to serve a felony warrant, reports WXIA. They crashed into a tree and utility pole and died on the scene.

The Georgia State Patrol was called to assist with the accident. According to GSP, the US Marshals executed a felony warrant for homicide, robbery and aggravated assault at a residence on southeast Forrest Park Road.

They said there was no chase.

The medical examiner was on the scene around 12 p.m. and the bodies were being removed from the car. They have not been identified.
