FUTURE GENTS ORGANIZATION FOCUSES ON MENTORING YOUNG MEN

Thursday, June 18, 2020 - Atlanta - The Future Gents Organization has announced their plan to strengthen communities with a program that mentors young men.

Throughout life, the American culture teaches us to plan toward a brighter future. We are asked to set goals and make plans for accomplishing them. As the old saying goes, we don't plan to fail, we fail to plan. As we grow older, we create five and ten year plans for our careers and personal goals. Then, we live out the daily process by making decisions according to the plans we have established for ourselves. Sometimes we fail along our journey, but keep moving forward as we learn and optimize.

In our culture, we all care about our own success. Some of us dedicate our entire lives toward chasing an idea of success. Yet along the journey, we often do not lend a hand to help others reach their success. Sharing wisdom and paying it forward is often lost in translation by the community at large when speaking to our young people.

The Founder of Future Gents Organization, Ernest Moore, is working to shift the paradigm. Ernest has dedicated his time toward helping young men build a foundation to grow and thrive in society. Ernest observed the community and discovered a need for an academy specifically for educating young men about the importance of etiquette, proper wardrobe, confidence, and communication. During his observation, Ernest reached a conclusion that our society is not offering enough programs to coach and mentor young men into the role models they need to become. After spending time observing and thinking about the idea, Ernest decided the future starts now and it was time to put his plan into action in order to share wisdom and leadership that will help many.

Future Gents uses a program of workshops, events, and classes to mentor future leaders. Any young man between the ages of 12-18 who wants to accept the education that is being provided by The Future Gents Organization is welcome to enroll in the program. Future Gents will announce several events this year. The program will put young men in situations to put the skills into action, such as dining at a 5 star restaurant during etiquette training.
