Arthur Blank Says He is Cancer-Free
The owner of the Falcons and Atlanta United has been undergoing an aggressive approach to treating the disease.

ATLANTA, GA -- Arthur Blank told the Georgia Technology Summit on Thursday that he is cancer free.
Blank made the remarks in front of about 1,500 people at the Cobb Galleria, reports the AJC.
Last month, Blank revealed that he had been diagnosed with prostrate cancer in December 2015.

“I have chosen an aggressive approach that will include surgery and the overall prognosis is good," Blank said. "I’m looking forward to getting this behind me and continuing a very active lifestyle, as well as continued active involvement in our businesses and philanthropic efforts for years to come.”
Blank made his remarks on Thursday after receiving the Technology Association of Georgia’s Captain of Innovation Award.
