Atlanta Attorney Faces Trafficking Charges
A metro-Atlanta attorney has been charged and arrested with trafficking a teen.
ATLANTA, GA — An Atlanta attorney has been arrested and charged with trafficking a 16-year-old girl, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He turned himself in Tuesday night at the Cherokee Adult Detention Center.
Enan Stillman, 43, is a partner at a Chamblee law firm, which still has his name listed.
He is being charged with trafficking a person for sexual servitude and interference with custody, Cherokee sheriff’s spokesman Capt. Jay Baker said Wednesday in a news release.

The investigation began December 2019 when Cherokee deputies were responding to a domestic dispute. Allegations were made that Stillman had been sexually-involved with a teen. Investigators said he met her through social media, arranged to pick her up from school and then took her to a nearby hotel in Canton, where he paid her for sex, according to Baker.
“Although 16 is the age of consent in Georgia, providing money, food, drugs or shelter in exchange for sex to a person under the age of 18 is considered sex trafficking,” he said.
