ATLANTA, GA — The Atlanta Braves, in the middle of their final homestand at Turner Field, have posted a video farewell to its downtown home before moving to Smyrna in 2017.
The Braves end a series with the Philadelphia Phillies on Thursday, then host their final three games at Turner Field against the Detroit Tigers, ending the 2016 season.
The team heads into its Turner Field farewell on a relatively strong stretch, having won 15 of their last 24 games in the month of September.

The Braves begin the 2017 season on April 14 against the San Diego Padres. The team also will start its home games at 7:30 pm in a move the franchise says will alleviate traffic around the new Cobb County stadium.
