This Is The Best Sandwich Spot In Georgia

ATLANTA, GA — The best sandwich shop in all of Georgia can apparently be found at Star Provisions Market & Cafe in Atlanta. Whether or not one agrees if that truly is the Peach State's best sandwich place is a topic for another day.

The information is according to a new list of the 50 Best Sandwich Spots In America from the Big 7 Travel website. While the U.S. created the hamburger, it's also home to some of the tastiest and most creative sandwiches you'll find. The national list runs from classic deli-style meat fillings to Latin America inspired rolls.

This ranking avoids New York's famous Katz's Deli in search of other delis, restaurants and food trucks.

A recent story by People magazine, which teamed up with the online restaurant guide "The Infatuation," named Zunzi's, with locations in Savannah and Atlanta, was named the best sandwich.
