
O by Brush, the Michelin-starred concept within Brush Sushi in Buckhead Village, presents an exclusive 8-course Tuna Cutting & Tasting Experience on April 30 at 6:00 p.m. Guests will witness the artful preparation of a whole bluefin tuna by Chef Jason Liang, followed by a thoughtfully curated menu celebrating Japan’s most prized fish. Held at the intimate omakase sushi counter, the evening also offers optional wine and sake pairings by Beverage Manager Alexa Adcock. Tickets are $285 per person (plus tax and service fee) and are available exclusively on Resy. Reservations are required due to extremely limited seating.
