<h3>Pioneering Sorority for Non-Traditional and Online Students to Mark Half-Decade of Sisterhood, Service, and Academic Excellence</h3>
ATLANTA, GA – 3/28/26 – Sigma Chi Psi Sorority, Inc., the nation's first premier sorority intentionally founded to serve women in online, hybrid, and non-traditional academic programs, is proud to announce its 5-Year Anniversary Celebration. The milestone event will take place in Atlanta, Georgia, from April 17, 2026 toApril 19, 2026.
Founded on October 14, 2020, by visionaries Dr. Hildra Starks and Stephanie Robinson, Sigma Chi Psi was established to fill a vital gap in the Greek letter community. The organization provides an authentic sorority experience—rooted in sisterhood, academic support, leadership development, and community service—to women pursuing higher education outside the traditional on-campus model. This includes students at accredited online universities, community colleges, trade schools, and technical institutions.
Over the past five years, the sorority has grown into a thriving national sisterhood, logging thousands of community service hours, establishing mentorship initiatives, and fostering lifelong connections for students who are often isolated from the standard collegiate social life.
"Our five-year anniversary is not just a celebration of time passed, but a testament to the need we filled and the incredible resilience of our members," said Caryn Wyatt, National President of Sigma Chi Psi Sorority, Inc. "Atlanta holds a special place in our history, having hosted our inaugural black-tie gala. We are thrilled to return to this vibrant city to honor our journey, celebrate our 'Beautiful Jades,' and look forward to the next chapter of bridging the social gap for non-traditional students."
The anniversary weekend will feature a series of events designed to foster fellowship, strengthen professional networks, and give back to the Atlanta community. Highlights of the celebration include:

Woodruff Arts Center has opened its doors to showcase a vibrant new exhibit from InCommunity in the second-floor lobby of the Goizueta Stage for Youth &amp; Families. This inspiring collection highlights the creativity and talent of artists from InCommunity’s day programs which invites visitors to experience bold colors, powerful stories, and truly limitless expression. 
InCommunity is a nonprofitbased in Atlanta that provides meaningful, community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities so they can live safe, healthy, and joyful lives. 
Titled “Limitless”—in tandem with InCommunity’s upcoming Limitless Gala on May 16—the exhibit features 21 curated pieces created by artists from InCommunity’s Art &amp; Food day program in Marietta and Unlimited Possibilities Center in Roswell. The artwork debuted during the Woodruff Arts Center’s ribbon-cutting celebration and was enjoyed by donors and staff.
With guidance from art teachers, the collection was thoughtfully selected based on color palette, subject matter, and artistic quality. The exhibit also includes artist profiles highlighting each contributor’s background and creative inspiration.
The “Limitless” exhibit will remain on display through the end of May.
Come experience the creativity and talent of these remarkable artists—because their potential truly is limitless.

To celebrate Earth Day, Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods invites the community to donate their used sneakers – any kind, size or condition – throughout April to support its new recycling program. Shoppers can give back by donating two pairs of shoes at the Tanger Tent near Under Armour on April 17-18 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guests who donate will receive a special offer for 20 percent off top brands like Under Armour, Old Navy and Skechers.
