Guests can enjoy a variety of flavors including Baja Fish, Coconut Shrimp, Carne Asada and more, all prepared on handmade blue corn tortillas pressed fresh daily. The natural world is at the center of good design. This panel will explore the critical role that the local environment plays in shaping thoughtful, beautiful spaces that stand the test of time. Los Angeles interior designer Peter Dunham and landscape architect Patricia Benner, also based in Los Angeles, will join VERANDA Executive Editor Ellen McGauley to discuss the powerful role landscape and natural materials play in the buildings and rooms we create, and their collaborations together. Following the presentation, please join Dunham, Benner, and McGauley at the Kolo Collection showroom for a reception and signing of Dunham’s book—"The World of Peter Dunham: Global Style from Paris to Hollywood”—along with highlights of Sunbrella’s outdoor upholstery products across partners. DESIGN ADAC is a three-day event celebrating design excellence, featuring world-class speakers, curated programming, and immersive experiences that blend creativity, culture, and luxury within ADAC’s more than 550,000 SF campus. Celebrating Culture, Cuisine, and Legacy: Les Dames d’Escoffier Dinner &amp; a Movie Event Honors Black and Women’s History Months In a powerful celebration of heritage, resilience, and culinary excellence, Les Dames d’Escoffier proudly presents “Dinner &amp; a Movie: A Culinary Tribute to Black Women Trailblazers”, a unique event honoring both Black History Month and Women’s History Month. This immersive evening will bring together community, culture, and cuisine through a thoughtfully curated experience featuring iconic dishes and recipes inspired by influential Black women who have made lasting contributions to the culinary world. Guests will enjoy a multi-course dining experience paired with a film screening that highlights stories of Black women’s achievements, struggles, and triumphs. The menu pays homage to celebrated chefs, authors, and food pioneers whose work has shaped the way we cook, eat, and connect. Vocalist/bass guitarist/songwriter Glenn Hughes is a true original. No other rock musician has carved such a distinctive style blending the finest elements of hard rock, soul and funk. That astonishing voice is Hughes’ calling card. He’s known as a singer’s singer. Stevie Wonder once called Hughes his favourite white singer.
Hughes, a native of Cannock, England, absorbed all kinds of influences, including early British hard rock, the Beatles and, most importantly, American soul and R&amp;B. The sleek Motown sound from Detroit and the gritty Stax/Volt sound from Memphis left their mark on him.
The first important band Hughes was a member of that achieved notable success was Trapeze. The band’s early ’70s albums included “Trapeze”, “Medusa” and “You Are The Music… We’re Just The Band”.

Zoo Atlanta is home to a diversity of species of reptiles and amphibians from around the globe. 
From some of the smallest frogs to the most endangered lizards, join the Herpetology Care Team and immerse yourself in the science behind caring for reptiles and amphibians behind-the-scenes at Scaly Slimy Spectacular!
Learn firsthand the level of care that is required to care for these unique and important species. Participants can expect to meet members of the Animal Care Team, meet an animal, learn about our positive reinforcement training and enrichment programs, and walk away with knowledge of how to save species. All participation in Keeper for a Day programs is voluntary for the animals. If you love these scaly and slimy creatures, this program is just for you! 
Before registering, please understand that during this program: 
<ul>
 <li>Participants will perform similar tasks as members of the Herpetology Care Team, which may include raking, sweeping, hosing, scrubbing, and shoveling, and should expect to do some hard work and be comfortable getting dirty. </li>
 <li>Participants will be expected to participate in all weather conditions, lift up to 30 pounds, and be on their feet for up to four hours. </li>
 <li>Participants must have the physical ability to bend, lift, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time. </li>
 <li>Participants may be exposed to potential allergens such as insects, hay, animal waste, and other potential allergens. Please reach out in advance if you have any questions or concerns. </li>
