Chef Jennifer will show you just how easy (and fun!) it is to make fresh, delicious sushi from scratch. Kick things off by prepping the perfect sushi rice, then slice up fresh avocado, cucumber and mango like a pro. You’ll roll up a classic California roll packed with avocado, cucumber and surimi, plus a colorful veggie roll loaded with fresh flavors. Learn all the tips and tricks to rolling and slicing before digging into your homemade sushi. Want to level up your experience?
