Known for many a “you had to be there” kind of nights, Bar Margot is adding another one to the list with a one-night-only guest shift from one of the cocktail world’s most celebrated bartenders, Renato “Tato” Giovannoni. On Friday, September 11, Giovannoni will take over the bar from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., bringing his signature creativity, passion for exceptional ingredients and Latin American influence to Midtown for one exclusive evening. The Buenos Aires-based bartender is the founder of Florería Atlántico, the acclaimed cocktail bar that quickly earned global recognition and a spot on The World’s 50 Best Bars list within its first year. Widely recognized as an influential force in modern cocktail culture, Giovannoni is known for cocktails that pair thoughtful technique with a strong sense of storytelling and creativity. For one night only, guests can settle into a seat at the bar or grab a table with friends at Bar Margot and experience four exclusive cocktails created by Giovannoni with Diplomático Rum, each showcasing his inventive approach and passion for exceptional ingredients.
