Tio Lucho’s Hosts Nikkei Night With Chefs Arnaldo Castillo and Jorom Paler

Tio Lucho’s is bringing Nikkei cuisine to the table for a one-night collaboration between James Beard Award semifinalist Chef Arnaldo Castillo and Mikasa Omakase Chef Jorom Paler. On Thursday, September 17, guests can experience a seven-course dinner exploring the Japanese and Peruvian influences behind Nikkei cuisine, complete with three sake pairings. Tickets are $125 per person, and seating is limited.
